糖化血红蛋白检测的影响观察

【摘  要】目的：分析标本存放时间和温度对糖化血红蛋白检测的影响。方法：将我院在2015年1月—2015年6月采集的5例患者的静脉血标本为研究对象，分别检测在不同存放时间和温度的情况下，其糖化血红蛋白的水平变化。结果：在15～25℃情况下可以保持3周时间的稳定性，在2～8℃温度下可以保存3个月的稳定性，在－20℃的情况下存放3个月，全血样本中的检测结果与新鲜样本有显著差异，P＜0.05；在－70℃的环境下存放半年时间，其检测结果与新鲜样本没有显著差异，P＞0.05。结论：存放的时间和温度对糖化血红蛋白值有较大影响，因此要谨慎处理存放温度与时间。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze effects of duration and temperatureon the HbA1c detectionstored. Methods: 5 Patients gave  their bloodsamples for the study, and were detected under different storage time andtemPerature, recording glycated hemoglobin levels. Results: 15 ℃ to 25 ℃ can maintain the stability of the situation forthree weeks time, a temperature of 2 ℃to 8 ℃ can save three months for stability,store for three months in the case of -20 ℃; the whole blood sample test results with the fresh sampleswere significantly different, P<0.05;stored for six months at -70 ℃environment, the test results and the fresh samPle was not significantlydifferent, P>0.05. Conclusion: Thestorage time and temPerature have a great influence on the HbA1c value, so be careful of handling thestorage temperature and time.
